Safari Booking Procedure
You can book your Panna safari by checking date availability on our website and confirming the slot you want. If you prefer personal help, call or WhatsApp us and we will arrange the permit. Advance booking is always better because seats are limited and the park receives steady demand.
Safari timings change with the season. Morning safaris start after sunrise and evening safaris end before sunset. The forest department may adjust timings when needed. The park stays closed on Holi each year.
Only a limited number of jeeps are allowed in each zone so that the forest stays peaceful. Booking early helps you get the zone you want, especially on weekends and holidays.
Important Information for Online Booking
- Advance booking can be done up to 120 days before the safari date.
- Visitor name, age, and ID proof details are required at the time of booking.
- Foreign travellers must carry their passport for verification.
- Safari permits are non refundable and non transferable.
- Carry the original ID used during booking at the entry gate.
- A maximum of six guests can travel in one jeep.
- Alcohol and any item that may disturb wildlife is not allowed.
- Boat safari availability depends on water levels and forest rules.

Key Rules for Panna Jeep Safari
- You can join either the morning or evening safari in a day.
- Once a permit is issued, name and ID proof cannot be changed.
- If the booking fails or seats are unavailable, the amount is refunded.
- Pickup is possible if your lodge is close to the entry gate. Extra charges apply for far locations.
- Only registered guides assigned by the forest department are allowed.
- If you hold a single permit, the jeep and guide charges must be paid at the gate and shared among travellers.
- Safari vouchers are not refundable, not cancellable, and not transferable.
Other Panna Booking Options
Along with regular permits, visitors can use two quick booking choices. These options help travellers who plan at short notice or do not want to book a full jeep.
Single Seat Safari Permit Booking
Good for solo travellers or when the full vehicle permits are filled. You can reserve one seat in a shared jeep.
This option usually opens one day before the safari date, depending on availability.
Premium Tatkal Permit Booking
A small quota is released close to the safari day. This helps guests who confirm their trip late or fail to book during the advance period.
Seats are limited, so early action is important.
